One of the biggest lessons I hope children take away from The Only Me and Stella’s Brave Voice—my books from the Stella & Paige Series—is that each of us is wonderfully unique. We all have strengths, quirks, and qualities that make us us! Yet in a world where kids are constantly comparing themselves to others, it can be easy to forget that their own story and identity matter.

That’s why I’m so excited to share a special FREE printable for kids: Good Things About ME!

👉 Download your free activity here.

This printable is designed for kids to color, reflect, and celebrate their own strengths. It’s a fun way to reinforce the same themes of self-acceptance and identity that Stella learns throughout her journey.

Why This Matters

In The Only Me, we follow Stella, a twin who sometimes feels overlooked or compared to her sister Paige. Through her experiences, Stella learns something powerful: being compared doesn’t make you less—you are special just as you are.

Similarly, in Stella’s Brave Voice, Stella learns to find confidence in expressing her thoughts and emotions, even when it feels scary.

These stories remind us that:

  • Everyone has good things about them.
  • It’s okay if you don’t look, think, or act like anyone else.
  • Your voice, your feelings, and your thoughts matter.

How to Use the Printable

Here are a few ideas to make the most of the Good Things About ME activity:

At Home ~

  • Let kids color the page and fill in everything they love about themselves.

  • Hang it on the wall or fridge as a daily reminder of their unique gifts.

  • Turn it into a “family love circle”—each person takes a turn sharing a good thing about someone else.

In the Classroom ~

  • Use it as a morning warm-up or SEL activity.

  • Follow with a group-sharing circle in which each child celebrates something about themselves.

And if you haven’t already, I hope you’ll check out The Only Me and Stella’s Brave Voice—stories that encourage kids to see their worth, speak bravely, and embrace their identity with pride.
